Payment Terms By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract and agreeing to the eBay Terms & Conditions. Buyers who purchase an item but do not complete payment within 3 days, will be contacted as a reminder and will be given a further 4 days to complete payment. Unless other payment Options have been agreed
Delivery Time
If you have paid by PayPal and have a confirmed PayPal address then items are normally dispatched the next business day using a next day courier service.
If you do not have a confirmed PayPal address items are normally dispatched the 3rd business day after payment.
Protection
You are legally protected as all transactions are conducted in accordance with English Law.
This includes the Distance Selling Regulation, which requires you to inform us within 7 days if you wish to cancel applicable contracts.
Warranty
All Warranties are Return To Base As a guide to this items warranty please refer to item description. Otherwise our general warranty is:
A 7-Day Return To Base Warranty.
Faulty or untested equipment is sold 'as is' with no warranty and no return.
Laptop batteries are not tested and are excluded from the warranty, Around 15% will need replacing – please keep this in mind when bidding. DOA Warranty.
These items have been tested and are guaranteed to be working upon dispatch.
They may have a manufactures warranty, are often new items/customer returns.
We do not offer any other warranty/return and the items are priced accordingly.
No warranty is given on sofware - we do not accept open box returns on software.
Non-Payment
By bidding you enter a binding contract to purchase the sellers item.
If a member does not pay after winning an auction or the item was purchased in error - we reserve the right to charge a £10 cancellation fee as a contribution to our costs.
3 DAYS - If payment has not been received then Ebay will automatically send a reminder after 3 days and
7 DAYS - Open an Unpaid Dispute after 7 days

Postage & Delivery
Ebay require us to send most items using an insured tracking courier; which unfortunately increases the cost but does protect you against loss or damage.
The rate quoted is for UK MAINLAND (Excluding N.Ireland, IOW, IOM, CI, Scottish Islands, etc). For other areas please call first.
Collection is possible for most items (but not all) with cash payment, from our Birmingham Offices between 10:00 – 17:00
Monday to Friday.
Please note that there might be a £10 or 5% charge (whichever is lower); this is because some items are normally shipped direct from our supplier, so we need to get the item to our address first. We will also need 24 hours notice.
Combine Shipping - Please call first for combined shipping.
Accepting Delivery
EXTRA COST WILL BE APPLIED IF YOU LIVE IN A REMOTE AREA OF THE UK.
IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU THEN PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM THE EXTRA DELIVERY COST AND THE PRICE ADJUSTMENT TOTAL.
Most deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure someone is at the address to accept and inspect the item.
When signing you will notice that most couriers include the term "Received in good condition". If you are unable to check the item please add "Unchecked" next to your signature.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If a package is not signed for, it will be held at your local depot for 3 days waiting for collection and then returned to us. All returns/re-delivery to us will incur a 2nd postage charge.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Because damages must be reported to our couriers within 7 days please ensure your item is checked and any damages are reported to us within this time.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
Any missing parts must be reported within 7 days. If you are unable to check your item or contents within 7 days of delivery please request a later delivery date.
Returns Policy
- If your item is faulty please return it for an exchange or refund.
- Before returning any item you must first request an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization) and a returns form.
- All returns must be in original packing and condition with everything received from us including the returns form, invoice, user manual etc.
- Please note that any items returned but incomplete (including the returns form) will remain unprocessed and will delay any refund or exchange.
- Once we receive the item it will pass through our inspection department to confirm the fault and CHECK serial numbers.
REFUNDS - after item has been accepted In the unlikely event that we cannot offer an exchange or repair we will issue a refund. This will be less delivery costs and our Ebay fees. If you decline an exchange or refund there will also be at least a 10% (Maximum 20%) restocking fee and £10 administration fee deducted from any refund.
In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is non refundable. |
